Recruitment & Advice
Code of Ethics
Professionalism: We accept only assignments that fall within our area of expertise and are entrusted to us on an exclusive basis.
Our professional relationships with our clients are based on mutual trust. To ensure the smooth execution of our assignments, we are required to share—and also request—a wide range of confidential information from them.
For this reason, we can only handle our assignments on an exclusive basis. This means, in particular, that we consider it essential that any unsolicited applications—whether external or internal—that arise during an assignment be systematically brought to our attention for evaluation and incorporation into our standard work process, just as we would handle applications submitted by our firm.
If the client recruits outside the scope of our assignment after having entrusted it to us, our fees are due.
Any candidate presented by the firm who is hired by our client for a position other than the one covered by our search, or in addition to the candidate hired to fill the position, is considered a new search, giving rise to additional fees. Receipt of our offer confirms acceptance of this terms and conditions.
Code of Ethics: We refrain from approaching employees of client companies for a period of two years following the completion of the last search.
Our firm’s fees are borne entirely by employers; no fees may be charged to job seekers.
Commitment: We are committed to carrying out the assignment entrusted to us until our client is satisfied.
Transparency with the client: Collaboration with a company operating in the same industry as an APPM client—and which may be considered a competitor—is subject to the client’s approval.
Transparency toward job seekers: For any given position—whether through an unsolicited application or in response to a job posting—a feedback form accompanies each application without exception.
Replacement Guarantee: The firm remains at the client’s disposal until the end of the recruited candidate’s probationary period. If, within six months of being hired, the recruited candidate leaves our client for reasons that could call into question the quality of our service, we commit to resuming the search at no additional charge. The client will only be asked to reimburse any additional expenses incurred.
