- 40 hours per week (L.131): not per day,
- Overtime: ‘Any hour worked in excess of the statutory working hours shall give rise to a supplement to the hourly rate.’ (L.137),
- Incompatible with the Responsibility Allowance and the On-Call Allowance (Decree 99-0892/SG-MF).
