Accidents: Mistakes to Avoid

Do not fail to report a work-related accident, even if you are unsure as to its nature (work-related accident or commuting accident).

The employee must inform you within 24 hours of a work-related accident or a commuting accident (unless this is absolutely impossible, due to force majeure or for a legitimate reason).

You must report the incident to the National Institute within 48 hours.
