Widow’s leave and pilgrimage

Widow’s leave is granted to female employees whose husbands have recently died, for a maximum period of 4 months and 10 days. It results in the suspension of the employment contract without any obligation on the employer to pay compensation.

Pilgrimage leave is granted under the same conditions as widow’s leave.
