BASIC SALARY
The basic salary is the remuneration for the work carried out by the employee. It must be linked to the current pay scale, specifying a category, grade, step and harmonised pay level (Article L.95 of the Code: ‘equal pay for equal work’).

Local Indicative Monthly Compensation Schedule
